I've seen the outstanding Dr. Eldeeb this whole time for all my interventional procedures and I see his amazing nurse practitioner Gary Lyndsey once a month for my medication management plan. I could not be happier with the level of care and service that I receive from everyone in the office from Kennedy at the front desk to Alyssa with my prescriptions, Dr. Eldeeb for all my injections and RFA's and on an ongoing basis with nurse practitioner Gary Lyndsey. Highly recommend Dr. E Torres and his staff . Anytime I need to get an appointment or calling the nurse the staff is always quick to help with my needs . Dr Torres takes his time and actually cares about you and your health .

Took my 86 year old mom to Urgent Care at 2 pm today and staff sent Rx to a non contracted pharmacy, Not the one we confirmed while we were there. Tonight we get a get a message from the other Pharmacy stating Rx was ready for pick up & price was $$$. I attempted to call urgent care as they were not closed and was told there is no way to reach them on weekend. I was given 4 digit extension but it only works during their weekday work hours. This Leaving us with no way to contact them without going back to urgent care tomorrow and requesting Rx be sent to correct pharmacy. Meanwhile, here we are with no medication/treatment for another 16 + hours. This... read full review
