I’ve been going to Bond Clinic for approximately 20 years. About 2yrs ago I had to have my gall bladder removed. I tried to get an appointment with a Dr. with Bond Clinic, but was told I had to wait over a week just to get my insurance approved and once it was approved they weren’t sure how soon I could get an appointment just to see the Dr. Then last month I needed to see a cardiologist to get clearance for a medical procedure I was having, but couldn’t get in for about 4-6 weeks. I called Lakeland Regional Hospital & was able to see a cardiologist the next week. What is going on?

My appointment was yesterday at 2:30 and after checking in and paying, I made it to the doctor's reception at 2:15. The woman there basically scolded me saying that I needed to be rescheduled because I was late, and how she had already told me I had to be there 45 minutes prior. I explained that I was coming from Lakeland and halfway there I realized my ID wasn't in my wallet so I had to go back to my house to get it. Sometimes the circumstances can't be helped.
Even so, I still managed to be there 15 minutes before my appt. She couldn't have cared any less and very unreasonably told me I wasn't going to be seen and to get a... read full review

My had monogram over a month ago that required MRI followup. The MRI was done about two weeks ago. My wife called twice. The first call was a week after the MRI. To date, we have not been notified of the results of these tests This is a violation of Florida's Patient Bill of Rights.
