I've been a patient of Bond Clinic going on eight years now. I've seen the outstanding Dr. Eldeeb this whole time for all my interventional procedures and I see his amazing nurse practitioner Gary Lyndsey once a month for my medication management plan. I could not be happier with the level of care and service that I receive from everyone in the office from Kennedy at the front desk to Alyssa with my prescriptions, Dr. Eldeeb for all my injections and RFA's and on an ongoing basis with nurse practitioner Gary Lyndsey. No one ever answers the phone and it’s very rare if you get a call back. Someone in my family has been a patient at this clinic since it opened, but they’re about to lose this one.
Since advent took over Bond Clinic, call backs and referrals have been lacking or non-existent. I missed a referral for a specialist requested about a month in advance due to inaction. I'm still waiting on another call back from a month ago. What has happened?
