Great service. Lisa came out and diagnosed our problem with the AC unit. She explained everything thoroughly and helped us go through our options. Would gladly hire her again should we ever need someone to help us with our AC needs =)
This is by far the best AC service provider we have found in our area since moving to FL in early 2021. We have two houses (ours in Celebration and a rental in Davenport). In the last year, we needed to replace the entire AC system on one house and have had several problems with the AC system on the other house. We are frugal, so we always shop for the best overall value. Apex has beaten the competition every time in terms of prices for parts and labor, as well as great service. The first time they came to our house, the technician did a diagnostic and told us how to fix a problem with no charge. When we had to replace the whole system on the house we rent to our son, we saved more than $2k going with Apex over 3 other bids. Now our friends and neighbors are also using this company and have been so happy we referred them. Apex is a gem.
