When I'm sick, advent health on Cypress gardens boulevard is where I go. I do have a general practitioner where I have all my yearly lab work done, but I love the convenience and being able to be seen without a long wait. Plus I am not a covid vaccine person and I appreciate not having that pushed on me like they do it bond clinic.
Very, very slow service. The NP did not order my antibiotic/meds when he said he would. I had to call the clinic 3 times before the pharmacy received my prescriptions. It's time to hire more NP's or physicians. I know you can offer better service.
Tammy at Advent walk-in clinic was amazing. She's helpful. She's kind and she's listening. Thank you for allowing me to be seen by your staff and they took good care of me. But I want to say a big shout out to Tammy. She is awesome. Winter Haven
