Destiny and Anna were wonderful. I was running late to my appointment and called ahead to let them know I was running behind. They told me not to worry and that it would be ok. They made the process so easy for me and answered any questions I had. They both had the kindest and professional demeanor and made me feel much more relaxed in a time that I otherwise would not have felt so great. If I were to decide whether or not I would return to a place based on the front desk staff then I would absolutely return here because of Destiny and Anna.
This Advent ER was clean, helpful and efficient in their care for me. They were attentive, I was greeted promptly and my info was taken and then I was administered to. I would definitely use this ER should I need ER help in the future.
I've had my share of urgent care throughout Florida, but I want to say that this is by far the best experience that I had. Down to the receptionist (I believe her name was Marisol ,Maribel), to the nurse Mel (I believe), and also the doctor, the nurse practitioner. It was a phenomenal experience. Everybody was caring, and I would completely recommend this place. Do forgive me if I got the names wrong, but I did go on Saturday morning. So hopefully you all know who worked that day!
