Ok so… honestly, I would give this salon a five out of 5 I really would. I’ve had my hair done here before by harmony and she absolutely did an incredible job! I’m notorious for cutting my own hair and that’s what landed me in the salon in the first place I had decided to cut a little bit of my hair and went to Harmony and she fixed it and did an amazing job. Then I recently had a friend just cut the dead ends and they messed up so I went back and got my hair done. I had thought it looked great because it was blown out and the girl was so sweet! I always have a great experience at Robyn Michelle. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. Carlie did a great job! I know it’s not always easy for a stylist to work with a new customer, understand their needs, and deliver the expected results. She did a partial highlight on my hair, and I wasn’t very happy with the color at first. Without any hesitation, she reworked it and made sure I got the results I wanted. I’m very pleased with the outcome.
Nikki always does a fabulous job with my hair! I have fine, thin hair, and she consistently cuts it perfectly - she knows the ideal length and shape to make it look its best. The salon itself is warm and inviting and I always look forward to my appointments!
