The staff was awesome, the atmosphere nice, but they charged an unauthorized payment for my VIP membership on my card. I did not sign anything saying they could auto-pay with my card. When I called the receptionist-she apologized and said she understood my frustration, but that’s it…no “ would you like to charge on another card or did you want to continue your membership?” So I cancelled. Later I recieving an email from the general manager saying “ sorry to see you go, but you have 3 credits remaining for February “I do not want to go back and hopefully they will not charge my card again without my permission. It was my first everything mana cure, pedicure, facial that I ever had. Just so disappointed. I guess I’m just going to have to let it go.

Great experience! Angel was very talented and insightful. Gave me some beard grooming advice to maintain between trims. The staff as a whole was very kind and pleasant. Greg barbershop!

Clean and hygenic. Greeted and shown around by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Offered a drink as I was a few minutes early for my appointment. I followed their recommendation for a great combination treatment and haircut. Kylie and Jonathan wre both awesome. Already reviewing my calendar so I can come back next month and try different services. Update: was care for by Cha’von today. Her experience came through and dealing with a difficult cut. Very pleased and will return!

Cha'Von was an incredible person to talk to and get my haircut and beard trim by. Ive seen the same barber for the past 8 years and needed to find someone new. I was a little nervous, but Cha'Von made me feel comfortable and gave me a phenomenal cut

Kapi does an AMAZING pedicure massage and face treatments. She knows how to relax you. Perfectly smoked old fashioned tips it off. The man cave for pedicures is a nice quiet masculine environment where you can get away from the kids, the spouse, work and stress of life. The staff is wonderful and they take care of you.
