I hired Langford to install a new 4 ton AC system. They were very pleasant and timely to do the install. However once I had a problem with the poor installation I can’t get them to call, text or email me back! I have oil leaking so bad that it’s inside the handler, destroyed all my new filters and even leaked all over my floor!!! They won’t call me back! I had to pull money from my 401K to afford this system. I don’t have the money to pay for a repair. This is horrible service. AC stopped working so I called a couple different AC contractors and Langford was able to get to me within a couple hours. The problem was a seized condenser fan motor. The part needed was scarce but they got one for me and got me back with cool air before the end of the day. Langford is my new go-to AC contractor. Nice job ?Service: A/C system repair
