Family business, very professional. I felt that Dale wasn't trying to sell us something more than we needed. He gave us options and explained each. His installers were polite and professional too. Dale's wife put together a booklet with all the manuals, warranty information, permit and receipts--great! Kids even sent a really nice thank you note and card at Christmas. Inspection was smooth. :-)Services: A/C system repair

Dale is professional that I will highly recommend to anyone that needs work on heating and air conditioning. Always fast on responding to calls or messages and came to fix the problem same day. I will use his services again

Dale is the best! Our a/c wasn’t working, Dale came out and not only replaced the part that had blown, but did a thorough review of the entire system, adjusted our vents for optimal air delivery, had helpful maintenance suggestions, explained everything thoroughly and the price was unbeatable.3D is honest, knowledgeable, thorough. I won’t be using anyone else!
