“We had what could have been a potential problem. I had called another company and they were going to do a 2 hour roof inspection and no telling what they were going say. I contacted our home builder and was told Whittle's installed our roof and suggested I give them a call. So very glad I did!!! They came out, listened to what I observed (a drop or two from a light fixture in the ceiling) even after all the rain we had. Eric took some measurements and went up on the roof to look. He said there were no holes or any breaches in the roof and our roof was good for many years to come.
He suggested the issue was a little condensation buildup around our air handling system ductwork and that it probably dripped a bit from all of the rain and humidity. Made sense.. all of our duct work is overhead.
He left and said if we really wanted they could replace some shingles but did not really think it was necessary.
A few days later, the owner, Dave Whittle, did a follow up call.
This company has ethics and integrity beyond ANY contractor I have ever delt with. They did not try to talk me into any unneeded repairs.
