My very old AC suddenly died during the depths of summer heat in September. Duane was quick to respond to my inquiries, come to my house to assess the issue, determine a resolution and send a quote. I was really appreciative of the very reasonable pricing and his quick timeline to get the work done. I scheduled it immediately and he worked really hard to get everything done fast. My house offered up some unique and surprising challenges along the way, and Duane was able to find a solution for all of it. Do not hesitate to hire Duane. He is transparent, an expert, very helpful, and respectful.
