What an awesome staff they have at The Floor Shoppe. Billy (manager) was helpful throughout the process of getting our bedroom and closet carpets replaced with wooden flooring. Billy answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns with total professionalism. The entire staff kept all lines of communication open throughout the entire time. In summary, I would highly recommend The Floor Shoppe for all your flooring needs.
