Reginaldo and Alan did a fantastic job installing our new vinyl plank floor. They impressed us with their hard work and attention to even the smallest details. They cleaned up and replaced our furniture just as it was. Great crew. Rafael and his staff (Allen, Michel, Leonora and Elizabeth all helped us patiently through numerous trips to the store during the selection process.
Raphael’s Flooring is the only place you should go for any flooring! We recently had our entire 1700 sq. ft. flooring replaced with laminate. From the first meeting at the sales office throughout the process everyone was polite, professional and provided outstanding service. In fact Raphael came in several times to make sure everything went well. The installers, Kyah & Tito, showed up on time, were polite, professional, ready to work and went above and beyond to make sure we were totally satisfied. We recently had Rafael's Flooring in Oxford/The Villages replace the carpet in three rooms with porcelain tile, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
They were able to get porcelain tile that matched our existing five-year-old tile perfectly. It blends so well that you can't tell where the old flooring ends and the new flooring begins.
Everyone on the crew was professional, courteous, and paid close attention to every detail. The installation was top-notch, and they left everything clean when they finished.
