From our first call to Strada to the follow up call, the company's response was excellent. The first tech., Bradley who identified the issue to the second tech, Andrew Phelps, both were very knowledgeable, professional, explained all issues ,and answered every question we asked. They stayed until they identified the problem and until Andrew stayed until he was sure unit was up and running. The company accommodated us in rescheduling our repairs to meet our departure time. We've lived in our new home since March 2023. About 6 months after we moved in we started to have problems with our ac. We called Strada and they responded pretty quickly. We had an oder coming out of the system from a leak in the coil. They replaced it quickly but, a few days later had problems cooling down the house again. They came out again and replaced the TXV, because they used the old TXV from the damaged coil and it must of been bad. They didn't have the exact TXV that belongs on this particular ac unit but had another style that would work.
