My review today is for the initial process of roof repair… the owner was always in prompt contact with me. He answered all of my questions professionally and sent out his guys quickly to do an estimate. He also sent out his guys to do the job right away after I approved the job. The roofer that came seemed knowledgeable, honest, and with experience. He did the job he was sent to do. They didn’t drag it out like another company who quoted me before Big Al’s to then tell me I had to wait 3 weeks for the job to be done. I had a great experience working with Big Al’s Roofing and would highly recommend their services. From the initial quote to the final inspection, the entire process was smooth sailing. The pricing was fair, the quote was thoroughly explained (no surprises), and the job was completed within a few days.
I used a VA renovation loan, and anyone who has gone this route knows that the VA can be very particular and may require additional steps and paperwork. I had a fantastic experience with Big Al’s Roofing and felt they truly deserved a solid review. From start to finish, they handled everything professionally and efficiently, especially considering we were on a very tight timeline.
Our home is over 3,000 sq ft, so this was not a small project by any means. Despite that, they completed the entire job in about a week (weather permitting), which honestly exceeded my expectations. Every inspection passed smoothly without any issues, which speaks a lot about the quality of their work and attention to detail.
