Such beautiful sliders! The crew was phenomenal! Work ethic was incredible. These sliders added so much beauty to my townhouse! So glad I chose Wright’s. A very reasonable price for a job VERY WELL DONE.
We had a great experience with Wright Impact Doors and Window. Ray and Victor were professional, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before they left. They went above and beyond by fixing the issue and inspecting the entire sliding door on the other side and, they also cleaned the track.
It’s refreshing to work with a company that stands behind its work and has technicians who genuinely care about getting the job done right. I really appreciate Ray and Victor’s attention to detail and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Wright Impact Doors and Window!
Turned out there was a manufacturing flaw in the sliding glass door panels. Wrights technicians replaced the panels and were extremely careful and precise. They also cleaned the glass and double checked all adjustments.
The office staff was
friendly and informative. Keeping us updated at every stage of the process.
We could not be more impressed with Wrights standard of service. They went far beyond today's standard level of care.
