Jose Garcia was an excellent technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He addressed our concerns, all the while humming to himself :-), clearly happy with his job.
Great experience. Windows installed and look great. Glad to have the safety of hurricane windows. Wrights is a good company-easy to work with and professional. Jose Garcia was particularly good with the last few details.
Robert examined the caulking and determined that it should be redone. He talked with the engineer and everyone is on the same page. Robert said he could try to get someone out here today to redo the caulk outside. He’ll have the caulk inside redone after the ceiling is repaired. Wright’s Window is an excellent company that stands behind their warranty.
