Management was professional fron initial appointment set up. Received a message with day and time, and name, picture of tech thay will be doing the job. The day of Tech called to confirm his arrival time within 30 minutes. Very professional, carpets look amazing, I also had my couch clean. I could not have asked for a better experience.
