Best service ever!!!! From the receptionist to the doctor!!! 40 Monroe’s!!!

I had the best experience coming here and getting treated and having my followup. Unfortunately, at my followup, I was told that the antibiotic prescribed wasn't very effective for the infection I wound up having. I was feeling better though so the Dr told me to call back if something changed. Well it did change, however, a different Dr is there and will not prescribe the proper antibiotic unless I go in. I paid for the treatment appointment and I paid for the followup. They will not let me speak to this other Dr and they won't even tell me her name. This is crazy. I was told that if I wanted to talk to the Dr I saw, I'd have to wait 2 days. I felt like a valued patient...read full review

This is the best Urgent Care I have visited in West Palm Beach. Great doctor, nurses and office staff. They are very nice and professional. The place is super neat, quiet and the service is fast.
