The in-store experience at Ulta is typically pleasant—the sales associates are helpful, knowledgeable, and make shopping easy. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about Ulta’s online experience.
I’m extremely frustrated with my experience using Ulta’s website. I was completely unable to complete a transaction or place an online or pickup order for several days, which ended up forcing me to go into the store instead.

It was my first time going in the store, I asked if I could have someone help me pick out a shade to match me and I was immediately paired with a beauty advisor. Jazymn got my foundation tone in the first try, she asked me my preference what I was looking for, what my budget was like. After shade matching me, she continued with me through the store to get brushes and other needed makeup. And when we where done picking everything out, she wrote down everything that I needed to do step by step. And I was able to do my own makeup for my event 2 days later.
Cali is the best! I purchased some items and I never received the E receipt. I wanted to return one item and one associate said she was unable to help me. But I spoke with another associate who pointed me to Cali, She resolved my issue without delay. I’ve been to this Ulta on multiple occasions and Cali is always friendly and extremely helpful.
