Liz is amazing and totally gets me. I started with her a few years ago and she has helped me in more ways then I can count and I’m old and difficult. Thank you Liz for helping me I’m forever grateful for you.
Sessions with Liz, have given me a safe space that I've never had before. I'm getting to learn how to be feel safe being in a safe environment. And Liz is consistent in showing up and we paint and color too.
Liz is an incredible therapist. She is highly trained in EMDR and also utilizes cognitive therapy. Her extensive certifications and diverse therapeutic approaches make her exceptionally skilled. I feel a deep sense of trust and confidence in her abilities. Highly recommended!
