I would like to give a compliment to one of the employee that Telford cooling. Erickson Lopez is outstanding. From the beginning to the end. From the Customer Service of helping us coordinate service for our AC problem to being thorough and making sure our problem is taken care of. The communications are outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable when on the side of my home and very trustworthy. having employees like this, makes it really great to do business.. thank you for having such fantastic service workers. i’d also like to complement Hope who works in the main office who is always there to help us.

Once again, amazing service from the nice folks at Telford Cooling. We had an emergency at night on a bank holiday weekend (isn't that always the way!) and the owner called us to tell us that Eric was on the way. He got to us in no time and had the issue fixed within the hour.

The technician, Eric, was knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, and acted professionally. He was well informed, and diagnosed my situation quickly and had my AC unit running beautifully.
