This was my first time with Fran. She was great! I brought a picture of what I wanted and she explained the cut and just what she was going to do to achieve it. She also made some suggestions for my hair type like a Keratin treatment. She also explained that process and it made sense to me and before leaving I made another appointment for another hair cut and the Keratin treatment. My haircut was great. She said over the next couple of cuttings she will tweak it. I've had it for a couple of days but it is manageable even in the rainy weather using a flat iron. My hair feels so soft!

I am a snowbird who has been using Fran for over 20 years. Fran and her staff couldn't be nicer. She has always done a wonderful job with my color and haircuts. I would highly recommend this salon.
