Well I cannot express My gratitude for the staff. Those people had the patience of Saints throughout every encounter. A speciaI thank you to Felicia, Samantha and My Knight---- Michael. Everything went smoothly and we were never rushed. Due to some family dynamics I was concerned if security was needed. However with Michael's directions and leadership I was totally protected and even given calming words in moments of family conflict. Thank You Michael!!
Our funeral director, Willow, at Royal Palm in West Palm Beach was exceptional from beginning to end. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, she listened with compassion, took the time to understand our family, and beautifully brought my mom's life story to life through every thoughtful detail.
From the moment we walked into the chapel, we were overwhelmed in the best way. Every element reflected who my mom was. Willow thoughtfully incorporated the things that meant the most to her; her love for family, especially her grandchildren, and the more than 30 years she dedicated to caring for others in the medical field.
