I spoke to Jackie who made my appointment with Michelle at 3 pm on 1/22/2022. Subsequently I got verification of my appointment in messages. I travelled from Singer Island( 35 mins), parked in a paid parking lot. Michelle was busy coloring hair of some body. She cracked the door to speak to me and told me that I was not on her schedule. I tried to show her the confirmation message but she was not interested. She told me that she had another client and she could not take me. She shut the door and I was totally aghast ! I have called and they NEVER have an opening after hearing my voice with laryngitis. The obviously have age discrimination and are never available. What a shame because I am a big tipper. I'm not a teenager and sorry for their loss.
