They have a large menu of designs on offer and customers can pick a model, then take the best features from all the other models and blend it into their choice. The permit process is quite transparent and RJM does it all. Payments are well structured and clearly outlined upfront. Almost a year into their new home, the experience with the warranty process has been quick and efficient. Kim and Nick stay true to their family tradition of building.
Completed a modified St. Thomas build with RJM in The Acreage in July of 2024.
The overall quality of the house and details within have more than met expectations despite a few minor issues that have come up since moving in (these were all covered by warranty and addressed promptly so far).
All the staff at RJM were generally professional, however communication and follow ups from the top levels in their office left much to be desired during critical phases and the few challenges that occurred. This was our first time building a custom home and it was quite an experience. I will say you have to have patience, and we learned a lot of that through the process and I would also say trust the process as told to us by team Rjm. This company was professional and efficient at what they do. At the end of our custom home journey I have to say we are extremely happy with the results thank you team Rjm for everything. We would like to say big thank you to Maura for being awesome through this Journey with us!
