I moved my family down here in Locahatchee a few months back. Before the big move, I had done an extensive research on builders, I have talked to many reps from reputable builders in the area. Don’t get me wrong, i’m sure they are good at what they do but their reps didn’t give me a good vibe. Building a new home is not just a job, but it’s a relationship between you and the builder as the build usually lasts about a year plus.
