When an upstairs water line failed on a Saturday evening my insurance company connected me with Regency. The agent got Victor on the line with us to coordinate and before I was even able to get done talking to him the field technician Erik was on the way and trying to call me. Erik took steps to prevent further damage which certainly saved greater repairs down the line and began the drying process. He was incredibly professional and polite as well as understanding and non-judgemental of some rather poor housekeeping and disorganization.
