They came and explained everything so well and did their job with outstanding professionalism. They work in a thorough, expedited manner, starting with demolition and ending with reconstruction. Everything is presented in writing and they stick to the plan and their promises. Had a major flood Oct. '25. Entrusted remediated, then proposed repairs, got alignment with Home Insurance, and performed replacement. Project went smoothly start to finish. Travis (Project Mgr) was amazing to work with. Ensured that all punch list items were completed, and executed flawlessly. Highest regards.
WOW! unbelievable service! Everyone here is top notch and have been helping us through a horrible situation. We had storm damage that caused a major amount of water to seep into our walls. The folks were here and helped us with the clean out of our walls and helped with mitigation. Special shout out to Dylan, Zaylen, Riley and Jared. Thank you team for all of your help! The entire Entrusted team was nothing short of incredible. Riley, Jersen, Ryan, Kamari, Micah, and Gio were thorough, responsive, efficient, polite, and overall provided excellent customer service. They handled everything from start to finish, and I didn’t have to lift a finger. They answered all my questions and explained what they were doing every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier. Honestly, I’ve not seen this level of professionalism and customer service in a long time. I would not hesitate to recommend Entrusted to anyone who needs their services.
