Daniele was so very helpful in explaining all of the services. There are so many things about final arrangements that one doesn't even think about. She covered all the possibilities for personalizing and was very caring, really attentive to all the feelings that come up in a discussion like this. It will be such a blessing to take the burden of this part of what happens when a loved one passes off of my family. Thank you Daniele.
I am grateful and have only positive things to say. My 89 year old father passed away unexpectedly but had planned well. He did not want a funeral and wanted to be cremated. The folks at Quattlebaum were extremely helpful, compassionate, and professional, and implemented our wishes perfectly with no pressure or up-selling. And, they educated me about legal processes and took care of many details very well, including by shipping his remains to our desired out of state cemetery. Finally, they did a great job posting an obituary on line which is a lovely thing to have and a big help.
Our son passed away with us living in Arizona and he living in Florida there were many details handled by your organization for us and we would be ever so grateful thank you so much for your help and the dignity have handling his death and burial
