Can't recommend Proactive HealthRx enough! I recently went there to establish a new PCP and my experience went like this: Their new space on Northlake has such an elegant and inviting design, right away when you walk in you realize this place is special. I immediately forgot I was at a medical office and felt more like l was at a luxury boutique/spa. I was promptly greeted by Lisa with a friendly smile and the intake process was smooth and simple. I appreciate that I was able to fill out consent forms and my information sheet from the comfort of my home before and self schedule my appointment prior to even coming in. I have been using their weightloss program for over a year & lost 75 pounds! Crystal & her staff are amazing. They were there every step of the way to help & encourage me through it. They are all so kind & made it a great experience.
