Excellent communication from the office about the appointment and from the technician about his arrival. Very nice and knowledgeable people. The technician Jose went above and beyond to stay late and make sure he finished the repair before the holiday weekend.
I woke up in the morning and realized that the air conditioning had stopped working. Unsure of the problem due to the fact that my husband was out of town, my husband went under the companies that did service under our warranty and read good ratings on this company. First, I am absolutely amazed that I was able to get same day service and on time to the dot, second Cruze was the technician that came. I felt he was honest as well as educating to myself and my husband as to how and why things were not working properly along with recommendations. I have used Prestige Air for both quarterly maintenance and repairs and emergency services. The staff, from the office administrator to the field technicians, are always knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Prestige for all conditioning needs including installations.
