Hired Pressure Perfection because of their use of a chemical called “Roof-a-cide.”Does not contain chlorine, so it will not harm roof and everything in its path. Called to verify with the actual manufacturer of my roof tiles who then confirmed this product is the best and safest product to use to extend the life of your roof. However, be advised, you will pay more than most other companies, but you get what you pay for. Pressure Perfection did a great job and we are pleased that it comes with a 2 year guarantee. Best part is they are licensed and insured. Highly recommend.
