I hired Michael to redo my entire home. From the very start, he was professional and clear on the pricing. I started with a gut job of my kitchen and living room. I then did all impact windows and doors. As I saw the house becoming more beautiful, I kept adding on jobs until I redid the entire house lol. When I wanted to tweak things and adjust the cost for some of the jobs, Michael and Krystal worked with me to figure out what could be added and removed to fit my price range. His crew Manny, Orlando and David were always respectful and super clean with their work. They are true artisans and take obvious pride in their work. If you are looking for a good, responsible, trustworthy contractor, call Palm and ask for Krystal or Michael. I started off with another contractor that was a crook. Michael turned it all around for me and made me know I could trust a contractor again. I highly recommend Palm to anyone that has the need for licensed and insured contracting work.

I have used many contractors over the course of time. I have never found one to be so on top of everything, so diligent, so communicative and very easy to work with as I did with Michael, Krystal and Palm Home Improvement. It was a struggle getting board approval and Michael never gave up. He persevered, even when I was ready to give up. Michael's work is beautiful, and very professional. He make sure that everything is perfect before he closes the job. Even if you do have an issue, he's on top of it and very willing to come in and fix what needs to be repaired. I know down the road I will be using Michael again for other home improvement projects.

A major renovation was performed at a home I purchased. It included, among other things, new flooring, 3.5 new bathrooms and a new kitchen. The work was done professionally and, very importantly, on time. Unlike my experience with other contractors, they were always very responsive. I contacted Palm Home Improvement to help me close out an open Owner/Builder that I had let lapse for years. Michael and his team responded promptly. Palm Home Improvement PROFESSIONAL guided me through the process of events that would take place. The job was completed on time with no issues. All cost was presented up front with no hidden fees. Knowing that I was under a very tight time schedule to complete repairs and complete the permit. You would think a contractor would over charge you. Not Palm Home Improvement. Probably one of the worst group of general contractors that I have encountered. A 1 to 2 day enclosure project turned to a 1 month project and is still not finished. The employees and their management are unethical in their work practices and are very complacent. If you have a project to be done by Home Depot home services make sure you state that you DO NOT want this company coming.
