Simply outstanding. I had my same day crown, done in like one hour and a half. The beautiful thing about this is, it is actually unbelievably seamless. Perfect. From start to finish, if fits like a glove. Absolutely amazing.I'm still kind of in shock. I highly highly highly recommend The Palm Beach Institute of Dentistry and all the staff.

DO NOT GO HERE! I visited to have a teeth cleaning. They insist on doing the X-rays, unfortunately I have a severe gag reflex. After multiple attempts, I begged for them to either not X-ray or another method, the dentist kicked me out of the building. The entire time I was a polite as possible. I have never experience such unprofessionalism.
PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Please read how this establishment responds to criticism and negative reviews. They threaten with legal action!!! Is this the repercussions you want for their unprofessionalism??

I had my first visit on October 30th and was immediately impressed by how welcoming and friendly the staff was. Dr. Etemad explained everything clearly; what I needed (a crown, some fillings, and polishing for a few teeth I wasn’t happy with) and how we’d approach it. Originally planned as multiple visits, we ended up doing everything in one session on November 7th. Three hours, start to finish, and the results were excellent.
I’m pretty particular, but Dr. Etemad was patient, kind, and understanding throughout. Emily, Eyal, Melissa and Cristina were all amazing, professional, warm, and clearly a great team. The office is clean, modern, and even has TVs in the rooms so you can watch a movie while they work. I felt cared for every step of the way. Highly recommend.

After weeks of back and forth over this dental office repeatedly overbilling? And after their refusal to place my husband's bridge or even to remove the stitches they had in his mouth until we paid thousands of dollars more (that was NOT owed to them)? My husband finally went to another dentist , only to be told that the work that this doctor had done in his mouth was so substandard that it will cost at least 7,000 just to correct it. Yes we have the report and the pictures this dentist took. My husband, after being increasingly frustrated at his inability to EAT, because of this issue, made a sign and went to stand outside this dentist office, in the hopes of getting the money we already spent and also the money our insurance had spent refunded. Instead? Dr.Etemad came charging out of his office, screaming and threatening my husband. Not only told him that he was going to kill him, but also that he knows where we live and he was going to shoot my husband. This was witnessed by at least one of his office workers. There is a police report and a restraining order will be sought, per our attorney's request. Please stay far far away from this Dental office! It is very clear that not only is he a poor dentist, but he also has anger and emotional issues. This is NOT the behavior of a normal person. UPDATE: They continue to have our reviews taken down and fake ones put up! BEWARE!!

This appointment honestly felt like a reset! Everyone was welcoming, professional, and upbeat. Dr. Z and Dr. Etemad made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Walking out, I felt like I was family.

I had one of the most pleasant and refreshing dental experiences during my recent appointment! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Etemad was gentle, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire visit was smooth, comfortable, and surprisingly enjoyable something you don’t often say about a trip to the dentist! The entire staff, Melissa, Katya, Cindy, Yuli, Dee, Emely and Eyal were terrific. I left feeling genuinely cared for and confident about my smile. Highly recommend! 10/10
