After our previous inspection with the team, we were pleased again to work with Raimo. Our reports were delivered in a timely manner and Raimo was able to work with our busy schedule.
We trusted Raimo and his son Lukas to do our home inspection we went under contract on and they did an awesome job. When I originally called to inquire, I had multiple questions about their approach, specifically about how they inspect mold/moisture since its so common in Florida and one of my biggest concerns. Raimo was extremely educated on the topic and was able to hyperfocus the home inspection based on my concerns, as well as offering a an air quality test which pulls mold spores from the air and tells you whether or not you're dealing with toxicity. I’ve used Palm Beach Inspection twice for commercial properties, and they are absolutely outstanding. This father-and-son team is incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable — they even saved me from purchasing a property that had major hidden issues. Their detailed 86-page reports, clear explanations, and honesty make them an invaluable part of the due-diligence process. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
