Doug arrived within an hour of our call and spent about 40 minutes working on our AC in extremely hot conditions. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it efficiently, and got everything running perfectly again.
The service was professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. As a restaurant owner, I’ve worked with many different AC companies over the past 10 years, and I can honestly say this company stands out as the best.
If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and knowledgeable AC service, I highly recommend Doug and his company to anyone

Update: Service was done in Lantana, FL 33462. I initially had a positive experience with this company when my AC stopped working last week. They were able to come out the same day and restore service, which I greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the issue was not fully resolved. This week, our AC stopped working again, and despite the thermostat being set to 69 degrees, the temperature inside our home reached 84 degrees. When I contacted the company, I was informed that they would not be able to return until the following day.
Due to the circumstances, we had to contact another HVAC company. After conducting a thorough inspection, they determined that the PVC drain lines were clogged and needed to be snaked and flushed. Once this was completed, our system returned to normal operation.
While I am grateful for the prompt response during the initial visit, I was disappointed that the root cause of the issue was not identified at that time. As a result, we incurred an additional $300 expense to have another company diagnose and repair the problem.
I understand that not every issue is immediately apparent, but I wish a more comprehensive inspection had been performed during the first service call. Doing so may have prevented the inconvenience of a second system failure, an uncomfortable night without air conditioning, and the added cost of hiring another company.
I appreciate the professionalism of the technicians and hope this feedback helps improve future service experiences.
