Osmany was fabulous . We had a hot water issue. He was very diligent with figuring out the issue and explaining it to us. He was very thorough with explaining our options. He did an excellent job on the repair. He was attentive to detail. He came when he said he would and completed the job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend him .
