Martin Heras was professional, knowledgeable and fast. He called to give me a heads up when he would arrive. My slider was fixed in no time flat. If all employees were like Martin, this world would have the best customer service! Yay Martin!!!
Overall process was great considering the paperwork and construction involved. Permit was filed in a timely matter. Communication was relatively easy with the home office and all the windows and install look like they came with the house!! The crew that came out were pros, did craftsman quality work and cleaned up immediately after.
Martin performed the last step of door and window replacement today after the work passed inspection of the county building department. He arrived at the scheduled time, removed the manufacture’s labels, installed the window covers and plugged the cups of the door screws. He worked efficiently and completed everything in a timely manner.
Before leaving, Martin discussed in detail the painting of the new door, very helpful.
