If you’re dealing with ongoing pain, Nancy is the person to see. I had chronic neck pain for years and nothing ever worked long-term. But after one session with Nancy, the pain disappeared and hasn’t returned. Her knowledge of the body is impressive, and she taught me how to prevent the issue from coming back. So grateful I found her!

Deep tissue massage to break down the muscle tension, it's not for the faint of heart, but boy do I feel better afterwards.
I try to go at least once a month, for maintenance.
I remind myself every time that pain is simply weakness leaving the body.
