Rick was wonderful! He took the time to ask a lot of detailed questions first and then proceeded to check stock in case we needed parts. At the end of the day his conclusion, considering the age of our tv and the scarcity of parts, was to purchase a new tv, effectively talking himself out of a job. I appreciated his candor and would turn to him next time I have an issue with a tv.
