After an initial frustrating experience due to a lack of communication from the company, Marks Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning made things right by doing a nice job installing some exterior lights and then unexpectedly comping the job because of the original problems. By going out of their way to make up for the initial poor service, I would recommend Tom and his crew.
