Charge a lot of money for filler and Botox had to go back because my eyes were uneven and instead of raising the lower one he lowered the higher one and my eyebrows are uneven. I'm freaking out never had this happen before he's in such a hurry $2500 later and of course telling me I should get his signature facelift for 13,000 lol go somewhere else

Dr Vinas did my breast implants in 2013 due to Cancer. Last month my implant ruptured. I went to Dr Vinas and had a consultation and he said he would get back to me. It has been 1 month and despite numerus calls to his office, no one ever got back to me. I guess he has gotten to big for himself. It is unbelievable that any doctor, would just blow off a patient like that. Well Dr Vinas, there are many GOOD surgeons and you are not one of them.

My mom used Dr. Vinas years ago and absolutely LOVED him; so, I called to inquire about a procedure on behalf of my partner and spoke with Jane. I informed her my mom referred me and I asked if they did a specific procedure, she said “I don’t know what that is” and the phone fell silent. I then explained the procedure to her and she said “oh yeah! We do that!” I said great and asked how we could view a gallery of before and after photos/how to move forward , I was directed back to their website that doesn’t have any photos of this procedure. I told her I did not see them and that’s why I was calling to double check if he performed this procedure, she again stated anything they’d have would be on the website.
I am not sure if she was distracted and not fully hearing what I was saying or didn’t know what I was talking about. Either way, I feel those answering the phones and being the first impression of the practice should take a little more time to understand the questions and needs of those calling and ask if they don’t know. I wish I would have been able to obtain a clear answer to my questions from their office directly rather than having to deep dive reviews/online forums.
If anything changes, I will update my review.

I would’ve loved nothing more than to speak to someone who took the time to understand why I was calling or could’ve answered more questions as to whether or not you even do the procedure in question. I asked where or how I could see before and afters regarding this procedure and was told online. How can I ask to book a consultation for a service your own office could not clearly tell me you provide? I DID say I was calling to see where/how we could see photos or how to move forward with said basic inquiry, but, was not sure this was in your realm of expertise. Your receptionist couldn’t provide me any further information- I was again told to check the website after saying I already did and did not see a gallery for this procedure and was unsure if you even performed it.
I am well aware of the amazing work you do, as I previously mentioned you having done work for my own mom and said how much she LOVED it in my review- that’s why I called your office to begin with. I was actually really excited at the thought of you being able to help, because I know how happy my mom was with her procedure and you as a doctor. Never was the quality of your work questioned or spoken poorly about. I was never offered to speak with anyone else (even when Jane seemed unsure) and was being pushed to refer to your website for clarification. Your receptionist didn’t offer to speak to anyone else or to you as an option. EVERY other surgeon who performs the procedure I called about has a gallery of before and after photos- hence my confusion and calling to ask.
Please understand that the people who answer your phones can make or break someone feeling comfortable moving forward/booking a life changing procedure with your practice 😞 accountability goes a long way!

I had a mommy makeover 6 weeks ago. I came all the way from Massachusetts to have surgery with Dr. Vinas and I couldn’t be happier with my results. The whole process was easy and the staff was Amazing. Liz the nurse and office manager was great to work with and was very accommodating after surgery. I can’t express how pleased I am with my mommy makeover. Dr. Vinas is a true artist.

Dr. Vinas is hands down the best to ever do it. There’s no one else I trust more, and his work is truly incredible. I have now gotten 2 procedures done with Dr.Vinas both surgical chest/breast procedures. My first procedure was 2 years ago, and Dr.Vinas was amazing, my results were everything I’ve always wanted. And my most recent procedure with him was this past month, and once again he did incredible. I cannot recommend him more, I sent my boyfriend to his office for gynecomastia surgery, it’s something he’s been insecure about for 10 years and he’s over the moon with his results. Dr.Vinas is undoubtedly the best surgeon. His knowledge, experience, and detail-orientation makes him and his practice unmatched!!! His office is a great atmosphere, and him and his staff all truly care about making you feel welcomed, taken care of, and getting you the result you have always dreamed of. I always joke and say that Dr.Vinas can never ever retire because I don’t want to go to anyone else. But in all seriousness, I couldn’t recommend him more and you’re truly in the best hands with him!!!

My Experience past this Friday was shocking when I went for my Botox injection and I was charged $650 ok I say to myself okey Most expensive but It’s important to me the safety, and been going to the office for a long time and doing this injection. came to pay receptionist says it’s $650 I handle to her my credit card , but wait ! the charge was $675 on my credit card I went back I was told they charge $25 more ask Why? is Because I use a credit card , which was never revealed to me Before I give her the credit card , Silent chargers ? I was shock by this behavior Because I did have a cash I could pay with if she will reveal to me the extra $25 charges I am back to clarify the charges never was even ask “would you like to pay cash”? I feel cheated ! So wis done I have so much confidence before this day that I was driving from Sarasota to see this doctor. confident s and trust was broken with this type of behavior and practice? Yes ! They probably don’t care Well they lost a client !

Dr. Luis Vinas came highly recommended, so I scheduled a consultation. I felt very comfortable and confident after hearing what he had to say. I am now post OP and so pleased with my results, that my only regret is I didn’t come sooner. A BIG thank you to the entire team!
