This company is amazing!!! Devon came out today, on a Sunday, to provide a 2nd opinion on my brand new AC install from another company (ECM) that continued to fail over the last 2 weeks. Devon was extremely knowledgable, professional, and spent more time on the diagnostic report today than the other company did in 3 visits. Devon found the issue and sent me a detailed report with photos. I am so grateful that I called Kyvar for a 2nd opinion! I wish I had known of this company when I purchased the equipment. Great company; quality turnaround time on jobs. Attention to detail is present. One of the agents Cristopher was extremely helpful, providing us with a pro-level maintenance to our AC units. I highly recommend Kyzar for future jobs.
We noticed a leak in our ceiling. Kyzar Air Conditioning came out within 30 minutes of our call on July 4th at 4 pm!! Lian immediately found the problem, caused by a mistake from a previous A/C technician we had here.
Won't be making that mistake again. Kyzair was fantastic.
