My regular nail tech is out of town and I desperately needed my nails done. Read the reviews, some good, some not so good so I was hesitant in choosing Koi Nail Salon but I’m so glad I decided to give them a try. I didn’t make an appointment and just showed up. I only waited about 10 min for services to begin. I chose a Volcano spa pedicure with gel polish, full set acrylic nail tips with dip powder & had my eyebrows & chin waxed. Been struggling to find a nail salon worth the money & keeps my nails top teir & this place is it! I came from stuart and was definitely spoiled by my nail tech. 3 places b4 koi all had my nails breaking , leaving water damage under my nails. And not doing the proper pedi this place did all the above Excellent excellent! 5 stars easy! I did have to go back&touch up under one of my brows there was some hairs left behind but that's an easy fix compared to what I been dealing with all these other places

I have been going here for about 1 year now. I love the atmosphere and the people. My nails always look bomb. However I wish they stop switching nail techs as soon as I start liking someone and building a relationship with them they leave. Dk what that’s about. Overall great nail place
