Our home WIFI system was struggling so I called JW IT Pros.
By talking with Scott for just 5 minutes, I realized I was dealing with somebody proficient and knowledgeable in his field.
They came out and installed a new Ubiquiti system which has been above and beyond expectation.
The pricing was fair and the installation process was smooth. Excellent company for all things IT!

My home and office fire wall, ethernet, and multiple WIFI systems were installed by JW Professionals. Scott was very knowledgable, honest, friendly, and informative. He surveyed my needs, designed a very good and cost-effective system, installed it, and double checked it. I later had a problem unrelated to that work. Scott came back, discovered that a neighbor used the same WiFi name, that my devices picked up. He renamed by WIFi and the problem disappeared. When I tried to pay him for that visit, he refused to take it. This company is a jewel!
