Worked with Jacobs in the past, the owner is a dishonest contractor with minimal experience. If you’re looking to actually have your project completed, I highly recommend calling Hendricks brothers, east coast construction, or anybody other than Jacobs! His last project (Banyan cay development in west palm) ended in multiple lawsuits, leans, and multiple unfinished structures.
