the service from Richard was excellent, start to finish, and the install by Victor and his crew was exemplary. one morning during the install, I had to leave for an hour and another vendor unexpectedly came several hours early. Victor would not let them in, he protected my home and privacy. some others may not have cared, but he did. I wish I had more floors for them to do.
