I needed a full roof replacement after a lightning strike. Fred was at my home a couple of hours after it hit and put in a temporary patch to prevent further water intrusion. Throughout the entire process of dealing with insurance and adjusters, and the ultimate roof replacement, Fred and Torey were super responsive and handled everything with great professionalism. I happily recommend them.
I highly recommend Infinity Roofing if you want the job done in a timely and professional manner. This was the first claim I’ve ever made through my Insurance policy due to Hail/Wind damage etc. I had no clue how to go about it. Micheal Sears was my first point of contact when considering my options . From the very moment I met him I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to guide me through this unknown process . I would highly recommend Infinity Roofing to anyone who needs a roof. They made the whole experience easy for me to understand and follow. Everything was explained step by step. Also returned phone calls within a hour. Fred and Torrey are very professional. The staff was excellent and cleaned up after each work day. I had an excellent experience with Infinity Roofing.
