Ro is an excellent communicator, incredibly flexible with scheduling, and always on time. What truly sets him apart is his willingness to find solutions that work for your specific situation. Our son has a rare disease, so we have to be extremely careful about chemical exposure while still wanting to enjoy our outdoor space. Have been using Highland for several years now. They have helped us with numerous ordeals, including subterranean termites trying to destroy our house to just simply keeping the roaches and other critters away at all times. These guys are great and have phenomenal customer service. I recommend them to everyone.
