An amazing place to get rugs cleaned! After meeting the manager, Melida, as well as the owner, I was very confident that they knew the best way to wash and repair my rug. The first thing I noticed is that the shop is very clean, which is key for a cleaning biz. :-) I was impressed with the various high-end rugs I saw in the shop that they were entrusted with. They do a lot of work with the interior design industry and have a lot of Palm Beach clientele. But you would never know unless you ask, because Melida is extremely down to earth and kind. Hatfield’s has cared for my large expensive rugs and with so much care! The service is beyond what most rug shops offer. This is an old fashioned company with high standards and quality craftsmanship. They go out of their way for service! Many many thanks!
